Frosty Basil Lemonade

My first experience with basil lemonade was at Republic, a Thai restaurant in NYC’s Union Square. I’m already a fan of Thai Iced Tea, but I find this to be very refreshing on a hot day.

What’s interesting is that this is the only Thai restaurant I’ve been to that offers this.

Peach Basil Sorbet

I am a member of a CSA and our fruit share farmer has received an abundance of peaches this year. I love peaches and basil, so I decided to see what would happen if I put them together.
