Apple Cranberry Ginger Juice

Since I’ve been on this cranberry kick, I’ve been looking for ways to add it to old favorites.

Apple cranberry ginger juice offers a 1-2 punch for good digestion, urinary tract, and colon health.

You’ll need:

1 apple

1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries

1/2 to 1-inch piece of gingerroot, peeled (more or less to taste)

water, optional

sweetener of your choice, optional

Add apple, cranberry, and ginger to Vita-Mix and blend until smooth. You can add water if you want to thin it out and sweetener if desired.
