Apple Carrot Ginger Juice

It’s time to start fortifying and getting your body ready for cooler temperatures. With the seasons transitioning, if you haven’t been taking care of yourself with adequate rest, water, and clean foods, you may find yourself susceptible to allergies and colds as your body tries to purge itself of toxins.

1 apple, 1 or 2 carrots and ginger to taste with as much ginger as you please is all you need.

Leave the skin on the apple, don’t peel the carrot, but it’s up to you if you want to peel the ginger.

If you want a thinner juice, add water.

Honey Crisp, (Stayman-)Winesap, Macintosh, and Jonamacs are good choices of apples.
