Peach Banana Almond Smoothie
Yes, I’m still stuck on peaches.
Ingredients
1/4 cup peaches
1 banana
1/4 cup almonds, soaked 6 to 8 hours
1 tb sweetener of your choice to taste
1 1/2 tbs oat bran
1/2 cup ice cubes
milk of your choice
Add ingredients to your Vita-Mix and Go!
The amount of milk you’ll use for this will depend on the consistency you want, as the ice will add a sufficient amount of liquid. You can reduce the amount of ice if you want to use more milk.
