Morning Milk
I found this recipe on box of Yogi Tea. They’ve since stopped printing recipes, which is unfortunate because it was a great idea for enjoying tea beyond hot and iced.
I particularly like this tea because the spices are warming and stimulating – a great way to start your morning and rev up your metabolism.
You’ll need to prepare the tea the night before.
2 cups cold Yogi Tea Classic India Spice
1 cup milk of your choice (I use almond milk)
1 banana
Place all ingredients in Vita-Mix and blend until smooth.
Sometimes I’ll add 3tbs of hempseeds or 2tbs of wheat germ for a nutritional boost.
This makes approximately two 12oz servings
